START TIME
Our guided tours are organized in two shifts, morning and afternoon. Exceptionally, the agency may make changes to the shifts by notifying the client in advance of such changes.

Polinario Café Bar, Avda. del Generalife, s/n (next to the Alhambra ticket office).

When making your reservation you must provide the personal information requested, especially your ID card or passport, as they are necessary to purchase your tickets. To access the monument you must show your original ID card or passport.

NOT INCLUDED
- Transportation.
The amount paid will be refunded, minus a €20 per person entrance fee and administration fee, if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.
50% of the amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is made between 30 and 8 days before the visit.
No refund will be made if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to the visit, or if the client is late at the meeting time, in which case the client loses the right to the visit.
