Purchases made on this website are subject to the following conditions. By making a purchase/contracting the service through the website, you automatically accept these conditions.

TURIGRANADA has the power to modify the schedules of guided tours by giving the customer 12 hours notice before the visit. If applicable, the client must take into account the possibility of a change in the time of the visit and adjust to the new schedule. In case of disagreement with the above, the client may lose the right to take the tour together with the official guide and the rest of the group.

The client must be punctual with respect to the established visiting hours, or modified with prior notice, and it is even advisable to be present at the meeting point indicated up to 15 minutes before the visit. In case of not being present at the meeting point at the established time, the client may lose the right to make the visit together with the official guide and the rest of the group and, where appropriate, even the entrance to the Nasrid palaces of the Alhambra monumental complex.

TURIGRANADA is not responsible for any loss of objects or other utensils during the guided tour of the Alhambra monuments or during the stay and accommodation contracted through this website.

Finally, TURIGRANADA has the authority to cancel the contracted service, if deemed appropriate, giving advance notice and making a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation or modification must be made by sending a message from this web site for a written record of the date and time of the request.

The amount paid will be refunded, minus 20 € per person for entrance fee and management fees, if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before.

50% of the amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is made between 30 and 8 days before the visit.

No refund will be made if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to the visit and/or if the client is late at the meeting time, in which case the client loses the right to the visit.

Service prices

The prices offered on this website are in the currency established by the EEC, i.e. in EUROS (€). In accordance with the laws established by the Spanish Legislation and the Ministry of Finance, the prices are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), therefore, such tax will be included in the price as established by law. Payments must be made in the currency indicated and any changes in the value of the currency must be assumed by the applicant of the service.

TURIGRANADA has absolute power to modify the prices offered based on its commercial policy. These prices may vary depending on the season and market fluctuations, as well as for reasons considered by the entity itself.

The rates applied are uniform for both adults and children, with no price discrimination of any kind.

Once the price of the service has been paid, the reservation will be made automatically.

You will not be able to reserve any of our services until the corresponding payment has been made.

Methods of payment

The client will be able to pay the amount of the contracting of its services opting for any of the following payment methods. During the purchase process you will have to indicate your choice. The following are the payment methods available to the customer:

  • Payment by credit card: Card payments are protected in accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, which establishes the non-participation of the entity in the data transaction process between the customer and the financial entity. The transmission of banking data travels through a secure environment whose server is based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and whose data is encrypted.
    Also, the data on your credit card are entered directly into the bank’s website, at the POS (Point of Sale Terminal Bank) and are not entered or recorded on any server TURIGRANADA.
  • PayPal: If you choose this option you will be transferred to the PayPal environment to finalize your payment. Once you are inside the PayPal environment, you will have the option to pay through a PayPal account or through your credit card without the need to be registered in the PayPal platform. From there, PayPal will ask you for your credit card information to complete the payment process. The choice of this payment method entails the acceptance of a fixed surcharge of 0.35 € on the total amount of the order and in case of larger transactions a variable fee is also applied.
  • Bank transfer: Payment instructions will be sent through the order information email. Your order will not be processed until the amount has been received in our account. This amount may take 24 to 48 hours to be processed.
  • Bizum: If you request this option, the bank sends an SMS or email (as requested by the customer) with a link that, when clicked, automatically leads to a payment gateway. It is an instant account-to-account payment method that offers the maximum guarantee of security in accordance with the standards regulated by the European Union and Spanish legislation.
