I turned to TuriGranada after I couldn’t get tickets to the Alhambra through the official website. They were extremely helpful – they responded promptly to all my WhatsApp messages, answering my messages late at night, and they assisted me when I had trouble submitting payment online. On the day of the visit, they stayed in contact throughout, especially as I couldn’t immediately find my guide. My only suggestion would be to provide clearer directions to the meeting point at the Alhambra - perhaps including a photo would have helped. The tour itself was very smooth, and our guide, Mari Angeles, was very knowledgeable. The group size was also ideal; there were just seven of us. The tour was also well-priced. Highly recommended.

TuriGranada was great arranging our tour of the Alhambra. Julio was very helpful and attentive. Communication was great prior to the date and he made sure we knew where to go and got there on time. Mar was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgable, gave us great insight into the Alhambra. Definitely recommend!

Excellent tour company with superb customer care. We had trouble booking on the website so I emailed and received help straight away from the office team.
The tour of the Alhambra itself was outstanding. Mari was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Her love for the site is clear. All tour members are given an earpiece so we can hear her without her having to raise her voice, which means the atmosphere isn’t disturbed. We received a WhatsApp message the day before, confirming the location and time to meet, including a map. Initially we had wanted to get tickets to visit the site independently but I am so pleased we opted to do the guided instead as it really enhanced the experience.

Superb tour of the Alhambra with Maria-Jose Suarez. So knowledgeable, entertaining and with a clear love of the site (not to mention the rest of Granada!). Really glad we booked.

TuriGranada got us tickets when many others were booked up as well. Highly recommended

The TuriGranada tour of the Alhambra was excellent. It was well-organised and the information sent to us the day before the tour was really useful. It was extremely easy to find everyone on the day of the tour.
Jaime is an extremely good guide. His knowledge and passion for his subject really shone through. He also gave us some great tips on good places to eat.
Thoroughly recommended!

Great tour with Maria Jose of the delightful Alhambra. We learned a lot and had plenty of fun along the way. Maria made everything come alive through her storytelling and extensive knowledge. Would highly recommend this tour.
