The amount paid will be refunded, minus 15€ per person as entrance and management fees, if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.
50% of the amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is made between 30 and 8 days before the visit.
No refund will be made if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to the visit, or if the client is late at the meeting time, in which case the client loses the right to the visit.
